1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the NexusMedRev website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Description of Services
NexusMedRev provides comprehensive medical billing and revenue cycle management services, including but not limited to:
- Medical billing and claims processing
- Medical coding services (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
- Revenue cycle management
- Denial management and appeals
- Provider credentialing services
- Accounts receivable management
- Analytics and reporting
3. Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information
Provide complete and accurate patient and billing information in a timely manner.
Compliance
Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
Data Security
Ensure secure transmission of sensitive patient information to our systems.
Timely Payment
Pay all fees and charges according to the agreed-upon payment terms.
Communication
Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification.
Access Rights
Grant necessary access to billing systems and patient records as required.

5. Fees and Payment Terms
Fee Structure: Fees are based on the services provided and will be outlined in your service agreement. Common fee structures include:
- • Percentage of collections
- • Per-claim fee
- • Monthly flat fee
- • Hybrid models
Payment Terms: Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to a service fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

All client and patient information is considered confidential and will be protected in accordance with:
- HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
- State and federal privacy laws
- Our Privacy Policy and Business Associate Agreement
- Industry best practices for data security
7. Limitation of Liability
NexusMedRev shall not be liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Delays or errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information
- • Changes in payer policies or government regulations
- • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the six months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
